01

Who should use the contact helper?

Facility leaders may prepare a general coverage or integration introduction; radiologists may prepare a recruiting introduction; and business contacts may identify a non-clinical topic. Referring teams with an existing study must use their approved operational channel, not this public tool.

Patients and attorneys should request records through the imaging facility or ordering care team. The tool is not a patient-service, legal-case, or report-interpretation channel.

Existing partners should use the business or operational route established for their relationship. Others may use the helper as a private planning brief for a direct conversation.

02

What may a facility include?

A facility may identify its organization, location, facility type, modalities, systems, broad study mix, general operating need, and requested business conversation. Keep the message high level so no protected clinical, contractual, credentialing, financial, or security-sensitive detail enters a marketing tool.

Do not paste a network diagram, contract, access credential, study list, patient example, report, or internal incident.

Detailed discovery should move to a mutually established secure business process.

03

What should physicians, patients, and attorneys do?

Physicians use the facility’s approved clinical contact for orders, reports, addenda, reader questions, and urgent findings. Patients request records and medical explanations from the imaging facility or ordering clinician. Attorneys use approved records and business channels without placing case details in this tool.

The public site cannot verify identity, authorization, representation, or a clinical relationship.

It therefore does not accept a record request, report, image, legal claim, subpoena, or medical question.

04

What happens when the local helper is used?

JavaScript checks required fixed selections and a non-clinical confirmation, creates a plain-text summary on the device, and attempts to copy it to the clipboard. There is no free-text field, upload, network request, database, email service, analytics event, or hidden submission.

The fixed-choice design reduces risk but does not replace an approved secure business process. The visitor remains responsible for using only the listed high-level categories.

If clipboard access fails, the generated text appears for manual copying.

FAQ

Common questions

Does this tool send a message to DLA Imaging?

No. It has no endpoint. It prepares text locally so you can use it as a private checklist or copy it into a secure business channel you already use.

Are my selections stored?

No. The site code does not transmit or persist the selections or generated brief. Your browser may hold the current page state until you leave or refresh.

Can I include a patient name or record number?

No. Do not include any patient identifier, study, image, report, diagnosis, symptom, claim detail, or clinical question.

Can I request my radiology report here?

No. Request reports and records through the imaging facility or ordering care team’s established process.

Can a physician send an urgent finding question?

No. Use the approved facility clinical and escalation channels. This public tool is not monitored for urgent communication.

Can a facility ask about coverage?

Yes, at a high level. Include organization, location, modalities, systems, broad need, and a request to speak without protected detail.

Can a radiologist send credentials?

Do not send license images, identifiers, background materials, patient examples, or other sensitive documents. Begin with a general professional introduction.

Where should an existing partner make contact?

Use the business, technical, or clinical route defined in the applicable facility agreement. This public website is not a substitute for those channels.
